Delete your account
You can close your FundLink account at any time, from here or from the app. Here is exactly what happens.
- What we remove
- Your name, email, phone number, ID details and any documents you uploaded. Your password stops working, your sessions are revoked, and your devices stop receiving notifications.
- What has to stay
- Donation and payout records, with your name removed. Money that moved through the platform has to stay accounted for - both for the people who donated and for the law. Fundraisers you created stay published without your details attached.
- When we'll say no
- While you still have money held against a fundraiser, or a withdrawal in progress. Closing then would strand your own funds - withdraw first, then come back.

Sign in and delete it here, or use the no-login form if you can no longer get into your account - that one confirms with a code sent to your email address.
